Reopened, because there is internal discussion and way on how to implement this

This topic was discussed internally between developers, and easy access to targets helps other side to know what is going on. That why all the targets are encrypted. Targets also should be removed from stdout of modules.
Unfortunatelly, decision was made, that we will not add this functionality in the nearest future.
