Because reads are PE150. There are two 8bp bacodes at the end of reads2, I use the following command, and can't demultiplex the Fastq files.
“./defastq -1 read_1.fq.gz -2 read_2.fq.gz -i barcode.tsv -o result -b read2 -s 151 -l 8 -b read2 -s 159 -l 8 -a 2 -r”
