Errors during project creation are not exposed about ods-provisioning-app

@michaelsauter we already Surface the job URL.. rundeck is completely async so we would have to pull for updates.. thats a Pretty massive Change.. thoughts?

@clemensutschig Agree that there is no easy solution for this. Just wanted to note down how painful / difficult it is to track down those kind of errors ... Polling for updates is the only solution that comes to my mind, but it's not great ... :( I suggest we keep this open, and if someone has ideas that are easier to implement, or if a lot of people complain about the problem, we can think about what to do.

@michaelsauter does jenkins provides an easily consumable api that we could use to query the status of a pipeline?

Not sure - one could use the OpenShift API as well.

Note that you were probably notified of this because I transferred the issue from an old repo - no immediate action required.

I think this is not actual anymore. The preconditions checks provides a fine grained error message. I'll close this item.
