I also had to upgrade to Sierra because of the "CLOCK_REALTIME" thing. Sorry! + It is important that you stick with opencv2 ... something along:

brew install opencv@2
# make keg-only alternate version of  formula work (symlinked into /usr/local)
brew link opencv@2

Yep ! I've already battled with homebrew to have opencv@2 installed ;-) Thanks !

Will make sure to have sierra installed by next week to be able to run the YOLO stuff.
