I tested the newest version and the issue is gone. However, I noticed something that when I opened an application in one browser, then try opening the same app with the same user in another browser will only generate a page with "No session ID found", while opening the same app using the same browser is working fine.

Issue is resolved. Opening a new issue for 'No session ID found'
