Containerize task fails using IBM Managed Shared Workers (public worker) about tekton-catalog

There is known restriction that containerize task is only running using a Delivery Pipeline Private worker - it is failing when using the "(Beta) IBM Managed Shared Workers in Dallas" worker. This restriction should be removed soon.
This restriction is seen with such error log: error: failed to solve: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = failed to solve with frontend dockerfile.v0: failed to read dockerfile: failed to mount /home/user/.local/tmp/buildkit-mount510335434: [{Type:bind Source:/home/user/.local/share/buildkit/runc-native/snapshots/snapshots/1 Options:[rbind ro]}]: operation not permitted

Fixed with IBM Managed workers (Tekton Pipelines v0.11.2)
