Error when appove managed cluster to hub cluster about clusteradm

For your provided info, if the CSR has been already approved, it will not be approved again.

I have reproduced your error. I try to approve the csr again and got the same error as you.
So I think it should be not an error/bug from clusteradm.

I first deleted the previously joined cluster and then rejoined the cluster. This problem occurred.

1. I use the command "clusteradm join --hub-token <token_data> --hub-apiserver https://126.0.0.1:39242 --cluster-name <managed_cluster_name>" to I use the command to rejoin the cluster, and the csr pending state will also appear on the hub.
2. This problem will occur when I go to the approve cluster, and I find that the previous pending state has indeed been appove, but no cluster was found using the command "kc get managedcluster"
3. If the previous managed cluster has been joined to the hub and I want to rejoin, what should I do? Can I delete the cluster from the hub cluster first?

@levinwang88 yes you can delete the cluster, and then rerun the join command. There will be a new csr created on the hub.

If the csr was already approved, why not succeed with message like:

CSR c2-mq8rj already unchanged

the old csr may not work if the agent is restarted. It will try to create a new csr.
