これは https://github.com/amate/InputPipePlugin で起きていたハンドルキャッシュ周りの症状を個人的に検証するために作ったプラグインで、一般的な用途に適したものではありません。

これはフィルタープラグインとして動作し、lwinput.aui が返す INPUT_PLUGIN_TABLE 内の関数ポインタを書き換えることで処理に介入するようになります。
