Yeah, I know PSDToolKit related problems are more complicated.

PSDToolKit uses * .exo file (exported object file) in various places.
We must prepare a completely different file because the item names in the * .exo file is changed by translation.
As a result, we will probably have to separate the distribution files for Japanese and English versions.
oov/aviutl_psdtoolkit#87 will track this issue.

This plugin uses the name "拡張編集" to determine the existence of the plugin, but it stopped working because the plugin was renamed to "Advanced Editing".
In addition, there was a flaw in the process of displaying a error dialog.

I've fixed both issues in v0.3.20 so it should work.
Could you give it a try?

I don't know a lot about the existing code or the programming language, but maybe it's because this exception always gets raised as the condition was commented out?

I think I found the source of this problem.
It's a tiny detail I forgot to mention. My locale isn't simply English, but English (Germany), so the meaning of comma and dot in numbers is switched. When I make . the decimal separator, there's no error message anymore. When I switch back to , as decimal separator, it appears again.

Thank you very much.
There are no error messages from GCMZDrops anymore, and I tried out the functionality by dragging and dropping an image from the browser, which was successfully saved in the project directory and added as a layer.

However, maybe there are still some issues with PSDToolKit.
I don't see any objects created when dropping a PSD file in the Advanced Editing layers. The PSDToolKit window displays the PSD file correctly though.
Also when creating a PSDToolKit object manually in Advanced Editing, no object appears. So maybe this problem is not related to GCMZDrops anymore?
It would be nice if you could look into that when you have the time.
