Seems like overloading 'as' hasn't been implemented at all in rock as of yet. Should be done in the same fashion as BinaryOp, with the same scoring system.

This has been implemented somewhere between 0.9.0 and 0.9.1, and is used to implement things like that:
list := [1, 2, 3] as ArrayList<Int>
