The CLI doesn't seem to have a very good documentation, so I don't understand how to login. Can you please help me out?

You need the GUI to setup your account. The CLI can only refresh the auth token.
(in case you want to run Raccoon on a server, you'll have to set it up on a desktop computer first, then ZIP the Raccoon directory and copy it to the other machine).

Also I've bought a premium key but haven't received it yet. I don't know if the process should be automated or not.

It is automated. You should have received it by email (maybe it got lost in your spamfolder?). No worries, I'll send you another one in a moment.

This is the issue tracker. For tech support, you need to open a ticket. You can do so from the "Help|Support" menu (since Raccoon v4.7).
