As the draggable clone is moved, we should move the item in the list, the item in the list should take on a spacer class during this operation.

Item drop hank fixed in master. The remaining issues are better spacer behavior, and fixing a logic issue where there can some how be two spacers.

Fixed spacer behavior, behavior was poor due to missing om.core/get-pending-state.

Only remaining bug now is poor location of spacer when moving upwards.
