NBT Tags too large about fabricproxy-lite

After doing some more digging, it would appear that the mods Chipped, Consistency+, Continuity, and Create Deco are partially behind this. Removing them from my modpack stops the issue on join. However, it is still fairly concerning that at least one other mod is creating ~2MB worth of NBT data, because they only add a few bytes over the limit.

More importantly, the issue seems to only happen Under FabricProxy-Lite and Velocity, and considering it happens on the server before Velocity even gets ahold of the data, it would seem most likely to be a FabricProxy-Lite issue with large NBT tag data.

Also, curious as to the meaning of this line private static final int[] SUPPORTED_FORWARDING_VERSION = {MODERN_FORWARDING_DEFAULT, MODERN_LAZY_SESSION};

Did more testing, error occurs even without FabricProxy-Lite, so it is a Velocity issue. Sorry for the trouble, closing.
