That is very odd. In our debugging I found that we can make the same request using CURL and it works just fine. We also found that we can make the call using the following code and its fine as well

def get_logs_with_requests():                                                   
     import requests                                                             
     headers = {'Accept': 'application/json',                                    
                'Content-Type': 'application/json',                              
                'Authorization': 'SSWS {TOKEN}}'}
     url = "https://{ORGURL}/api/v1/logs"                          
     res = requests.get(url, headers=headers)                                    
     print(res.text)    

To unblock you, please consider using this workaround while we continue to debug this issue.
