Possible Missing Release Image in quay.io Image Registry about okd

Right, there is no sha256:59b1e486ed... image listed in the payload - so perhaps uploaded installer is invalid?

Could you check if installer extracted from the payload works? oc adm release extract --command=openshift-install --from=quay.io/openshift/okd:4.13.0-0.okd-2023-09-03-082426

Maybe that is my problem, I'm not using the latest client version. I will try client version 4.13.0-0.okd-2023-09-03-08242 and get back to you.

I double-checked my work, and it looks like I made a copy/paste error and left off the last 6 of the release number. Here is the correct command and output (no output and no errors):

sh-4.4# oc adm release extract --command=openshift-install --from=quay.io/openshift/okd:4.13.0-0.okd-2023-09-03-082426
sh-4.4# echo $?
0

I tried the install again with the updated client version, version 4.13.0-0.okd-2023-09-03-082426 and the install completed successfully. I apologize for the false alarm. Thank you for taking the time to look at this issue; I do really appreciate it.
