survey responses are out of order about gwt-front-end

You mean the individual questions asked within one survey response are in a different order on the web than on the phone, right?

@joshuaselsky @jojenki Is there a way for me to get the original prompt order from the new survey_response/read row format results? I think the prompts are being given by prompt_id now instead of default order.

@shlurbee: Right. :) The survey responses themselves are in the correct order (i.e. reverse chronological by default), but the prompts within a particular survey response are out of order with respect to how they're presented on the phone.

Yes, I can fix this. I had implemented it and then rewrote most of the API call and forgot to put this piece in.

josh added prompt response index to the server in server commit db73cf3d3d1da0fc0a39 , front end just needs to be updated to sort on it
