4127406-Infective vaginitis is what the SPL is mapped to. The negative control suggested was 194083-Vaginitis and vulvovaginitis. They both share a parent 4149084-Vaginitis:

• 4127406-Infective vaginitis --> 4149084-Vaginitis
• 194083-Vaginitis and vulvovaginitis --> 4180978-Vulvovaginitis --> 4149084-Vaginitis

Should have the shared parent associated both concepts with evidence. Need to think about how the Negative Controls process is handling that.

An additional problem is that the evidence on 4127406-Infective vaginitis isn't in the universe, while one of its parents should have been considered, it looks like evidence isn't getting propigated up properly. Review, I think if there concepts missing in the universe that might be affecting how information roles up.

However, the main problem really is that I'm not looking to ancestors for product labels. I need Splicer to have descendant, exact, parent, ancestor as well.
