Try setting headless=False and see if something seems off, like if something is covering the text field etc.

This used to happen to me, it happens due to one of two reasons:
You have exceeded the default youtube upload limit so its blocking you from uploading - fix is wait 24 hours
When the bot tries to upload, it starts the upload but returns an error that says your account is not verified, in that case try resigning in to your account or try uploading a video manually and pressing the verify now button on the error that shows up.

Solved! Before launching the program, go through the process of publishing a video, you will see some things appear just to show you how to do it, they will not reappear. After that, it's normally fine.
