Not able to Open Web addin in Browser when i select multiple emails , It is working fine in older desktop outlook version , but not working in browser about office-js

Please provide more details on your issue -

• Is this add-in deployed on the store or a custom add-in?
• Please share the add-in manifest or if it is a store add-in you can share the add-in link from store.
• Please share a video of the working and non-working scenario
• Please collect logs and share it with us -https://github.com/OfficeDev/office-js/wiki/Collecting-log-files-for-Outlook-Add%E2%80%90ins-issues
• Is it working on New Outlook on Windows?

Steps To Reproduce on web or new outlook

1. Open new outlook or outlook on web browser and Select multiple emails and try to open the add in .

Problem :
We are not able to open the web addin when multiple emails are selected , earlier it was working fine .

Expected Result
We should be able to open the web addin and a ribbon should appear.

Which GitHub repo have you shared it on? Please add a link.
Also, in the video I can see that the addin has an arrow next to the name, please click on it . This means it has more than one control associated with it.
Can you also try to open Viva Insights and check if that opens?

Yes our addin has more than one control associated with it .
I am able to open Viva Insights.

Thanks for reporting this issue regarding multiselect. It has been put on our backlog. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeline to share at this point.
