I have mac users in my organisation suffering from this too

This forum is limited to office-js related queries. For crash in Outlook Mac please use the "Contact Support" within Outlook for Mac - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/contact-support-within-outlook-for-mac-d0410177-8e65-4487-93f7-206a3a3d71a8 .

@neprasad-microsoft thank you for the reply. As mentioned in the steps it doesn't always crash, I'd say 5/10 times it will crash. The other times emails are sent to the outbox

@asavage13 Even emails going to outbox is not related to Office JS APIs. Please raise a ticket with Outlook Mac via "Contact Support" within Outlook for Mac - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/contact-support-within-outlook-for-mac-d0410177-8e65-4487-93f7-206a3a3d71a8 .
