@pza-dev-brcm Classic Outlook Mac only supports Add-ins up to API Requirement Set version 1.8.
Sensitivity label belongs to API Set 1.13 and is supported only in New Outlook Mac.
The supported client details are documented here.

Do we have any timeline for supporting 1.13 in classic outlook mode ?

There is no plan to support the API requirement set 1.9 or later on classic Outlook.
