Add additional samples for outlook about office-js-snippets

With the migration of outlook.js from Chicago and a modern rewrite, the technical issue blocking Script Lab + Outlook has been pretty much resolved. Oleg and I spent some time during FHL working on adding snippets for Outlook, namely #367, #368, #369, #370, #371, #372, #373, #374, #375, #376, #377, #378, #379, and #381. These snippets don't cover all the APIs but a great deal of progress has definitely been made so tagging this as fixed now.

Adding samples is slow (takes ~15 minutes a sample) so this is sampleCount * 15min

@wamaina We hit a technical limitation with Script Lab + Outlook so I am unable to proceed with this item for now. Let me know if you want more details on that. Thanks.

Closing this issue for now (as "not actionable") since full support for Outlook in Script Lab is not available at this time. We'll revisit adding more snippets to Script Lab for Outlook when technical limitations are unblocked.

I've just received word from the outlook team that the fix needed to overcome the technical limitation is in progress, and will be available in-house soonish. I would suggest moving back to On-Hold.
