It would be great if you could include instructions on how to buy workplace analytics since I can't seem to find a place where this service or add-on can be bought.

We have now changed the error code received if you do not have sufficient licenses assigned. If you encounter "None of the users requested were valid. Ensure the users are enabled and have both a valid Exchange and Workplace Analytics license" in the error message, review our licensing documentation and ensure you have assigned licenses to the users you are looking to access data for.
