Package duplication problem with distutils, pip, setup.py about odoo

This is strange, I've looked at the data function which does a walk of the 'openerp' directory and skips all files such as .py[oc] and bzr backups (~).

The import_xml.rng should not be matching this regular expression afaik and thus should be included in the data result. Doing a python setup.py build in my checkout of master branch does indeed not put the import_xml.rng file in the build/lib/.../openerp directory.

I wish I knew more about setuptools 👍

#394 partially fixes this issue, but at this point in time, there is nothing in env/bin/
I would expect at least odoo.py
