I don't know if this is the right place to report errors in GT (not assets).

We should have heuristics to check for
- polygon containment (overlapping regions, wordf outside line etc.)
- artifacts from annotation like point or line-like regions

Another example in the same document: page phys_0003 region TextRegion_1475753831444_264 line line_1475753831522_266 is only 5 pixels in height and has empty TextEquiv, too.
