It appears to be the exact same issue you already handled, yeah. Unfortunately the NET wrapper is quite a bit behind. I just couldn't find solutions on Google, so I thought I'd add one more issue to make this more searchable although it's not useful for the maintainer. Thanks again!

You didn't specify which version you are using, but from 1.90 (released 15 nov 2023) we round this value:

Argument 'float size_pixels' passed to AddFontXXX() functions is now rounded to lowest integer. This is because our layout/font system currently doesn't fully support non-integer sizes. Until it does, this has been a common pitfall leading to more or less subtle issues. (#3164, #3309, #6800)

You also didn't really describe your precise issue, without a repro or some minimal code it is ambiguous. I however believe that the most common issue related to non round font size would have been related to when using ImGuiListClipper.
