I'm going to make this a documentation ticket and going to stick with option 1.
We need to be very clear in the documentation that the path to the spec file passed in using the cli is NOT the same as the path to the build context. By default both the spec file and the build context are assumed to be in the current directory. By using the -p
command line arg, you are looking for a spec file in a different location, but the build context remains in the current working directory unless changed.
This should be documented.
