file_log plugin does not support all options - needed by customers in bpop about bindplane-agent

@Dylan-M We can add those two fields. The plug-in is meant to be more of a paired down wrapper of the full receiver. If a customer needs the functionality of the full receiver it maybe more beneficial to use it directly rather than a plugin.

@cpheps I'm fine with that, but BPOP doesn't seem to support the full receiver without doing a complete custom config. Which is the exact opposite of what this customer wants.
