Spoke with Sandra and we agreed that Nick has to decide if we add this term or not, because this is rather a disease that a phenotypic feature.

Agreed that cystic fibrosis is a disease rather than a phenotype so should not be here.

This has no definition. Consider sending a definition request to the DO tracker (see http://obofoundry.org for a list of trackers).
Of course, there is a precedent for diseases in HPO - it's full of diseases! We need better coordinating with DO to sort this out.

Cystic fibrosis is a disease rather than a phenotypic feature. Please open a new request for specific features associated with CF if needed!
