This term is a grouping term that describes all abnormalities of the tear glands, be they functional or structural. The HPO will need to consider adding newer relations to capture the fact that some abnormalities are affecting functions and other affecting entities. We hope this will result from the project to develop logical definitions for all classes. At the moment, I think this class is OK as is though,
