Automatically adjust corresponding end times if start times are changed about flee_rails

Only adjust, if the start is after the end or the end is before the start.

This can have some weird side effects. For instance if you adjust the corresponding times whenever values change, you get weird behavior when someone tries to select date/time values with number keys (For instance, if you want to select 12, your will enter "1" and thus select the 1 first, adjusting start time in this case will not be the expected behavior.) Also if you would adjust while changing focus you get strange behavior when the admin wants to change dates from end of month to beginning as month and day fields are changed separately. This can only work when there is an atomic date/time picker or if the admin could specify the duration and pick only the start of the period.

This needs more looking into before there could be any implementation work.
