What is Cross-SIG triage?
Cross-SIG triage is the process of triaging all new issues and PRs entered into O3DE GHI to their respective SIGs.

What is the time commitment?
Very light. Cross-SIG triage sessions occur twice weekly, and usually last about 15 minutes each. The current sessions are scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays at 10am PST.

What experience do I need to be successful?
Very little. Representatives from all SIGs are invited to assist in the triage of issues. Your role will be to lead the sessions by sharing your screen and updating each issue based on their input.

What’s in it for me?
A lot, actually. It is super fun and valuable to see all the new and interesting issues submitted to O3DE. For me personally, this experience has greatly widened my understanding of both the engine and our user base. After a few weeks in this role, you will likely be able to triage the vast majority of the issues all by yourself (although I wouldn’t recommend it, as we want to promote SIG participation).

Suggested agenda topic: We're looking at developing more rigor around how we announce & welcome new members into the community. It'd be great to understand what's already in place from an onboarding perspective so that we can leverage (and not duplicate) efforts.
