Topic: Triage & Review
Presenter: Stephen Tramer
Length of time: 10m
Description: Raise awareness of the fact that we will need official signups to participate in issue triage and review of content, and establish some baselines. Do we want to designate different roles of reviewers (copyedit, technical, content)? What should our rotation be?

Before the meeting issues will be set up regarding (1) triage & review types (2) signing up for a triage or review role (3) initial rotation process

Topic: Samples distribution
Presenter: Stephen Tramer
Length of time: 10m
Description: One of the biggest problems facing us is going to be the distribution of official samples through the O3DE docs site and Git repo infrastructure. As many of us are familiar with, git doesn't handle blobs particularly well and without LFS support for a sample repo(s) we need to decide some infrastructure around samples. This is obviously a bigger task: This topic is to cover some of the top-of-mind issues, samples ownership, and draft an initial project description for a team to be formed.

Topic: Voice & Tone Guideliness
Presenter: Derek Reese
Length of time: 10m
Description: We've previously discussed prescriptive documentation - let's use the phrase "Task-Oriented Docs". This matches the approach that has been used on Lumberyard docs, and I believe it could be used to inform voice & tone guidelines for our docs as a whole. As a goal of this discussion, we want to establish Tone/Voice guidelines with a PR to https://github.com/o3de/o3de.org/blob/main/content/docs/contributing/to-docs/style-guide.md and update the sig-docs-community PR Templates with a small review checklist to aid in writing the strongest customer-centric documentation we can create.
