Problem with Zef since 2020.01 upgrade about rakudo-pkg

Thank you for reporting it. I just tried the same command as you after the upgrade to 2020.01 and no problems there:

$ zef install Bench

Can you run "/opt/rakudo-pkg/bin/install-zef-as-user" and see if the problems is solved? Maybe your zef installation in $HOME is to old?

Finally figured it out. A while back I mas messing with my zef config and this seems to have messed things up. Deleted that and it's fine.
