Final project file for employee attrition. The source is from IBM HR Attrition dataset. There are numerous approaches to tackling HR attrition challenge. For my approach, I used a visualisation approach instead of the data science approaches seen in Kaggle and Towardsdatascience. The reason for visualisation is easier for the audience (especially non-technical people) to gain insights without feeling stumped by data science jargon.
