run `nuxi prepare` as postinstall step in starter templates about starter

Maybe I failed to be more clear.

The issue isn't having to install dependencies. That's expected. I always run npm i to install dependencies.

The issue is having to run the app npm run dev, just so It creates the .nuxt/tsconfig.json (which the project's tsconfig.json extends), stop the app, and continue configuring the project.

I did understand. You can run npx nuxi prepare to create the tsconfig - that is why this command exists. And I am proposing to run it automatically in postinstall stage.
