this answer solved my problem .
miniature notes :
-for the 'create 0auth client ID credentials' part at the solution , you may find these steps suitable .
-for the 'save .json file' part , you'll probably need to save at " ~/.loca/lib/python{version}/site-packages/drive-cli " if you're on linux.
