Just a typo. We specify the packageId, packageExecutable, Framework, and Version. I'll update the original post.

I'd appreciate if you'd take the time to submit an actual compilable example. It's no fun fixing such obvious errors before actually investigating an issue.

Please be aware that this is not an easy area to work on. Personally, I'm not very interested in changing anything because it's quite an edge case. So if you work on a PR, please make it easy to review.

There's a spike in https://github.com/nuke-build/nuke/tree/spike/gh-1319. If you want this fixed, please improve on it carefully and test affected features (e.g., msbuild tasks). I will close this in the meantime though (because edge case).
