As an alternative to having this completely implemented at the moment to continue work on #46. One workaround for the time being is specifying "depends on" as part of the Docker Compose process and making one of the Containers handle the initial packaging, and let the others piggyback on that work.

You're good and I must say this will likely take a while to uncouple a bunch of things that likely should never have been lumped together.
