ns1_record poorly documented; missing regions section about terraform-provider-ns1

@dbeckham I have changes coming to the regular record documentation soon but, for now, the docs I added to the readme at https://github.com/terraform-providers/terraform-provider-ns1 should be sufficient for general use.

This also does not document the fact the resource can be imported.

This applies across the board really when looking at the main docs.

• Outputs aren't documented
• Import format isn't documented

Various other bits could do with examples as the setup is unlike most providers.

Thanks for the feedback. Improving documentation is definitely in our backlog and we hope to resolve this for all resources shortly (i.e. zones documentation was just updated), but in the mean time, PRs are welcome!

For the meta data example specifically, this was something we have resisted adding official documentation for as we were hoping this could be rewritten to be more intuitive with the nested data improvements in 0.12.

Unfortunately, those improvements only made it to TF core and can not be taken advantage of by providers at the moment. Given that the timeline for this improvement to reach the SDK is unclear (to me), I'd be open to adding examples for this (with some explicit warnings that it will likely change in the future).
