big alignment - memory about 2matrix

Hello,

2matrix was designed to assemble datasets much more smaller than yours.
Basically datasets that could be fully store in RAM memory during the
algorithm execution, and it seems that your file would take much more
than that. Maybe you can alter the script to save intermediate results
into temporary files to clear the ram.
