Add user help info about pack3d

Was planning on using this: https://www.npmjs.com/package/electron-tooltip

Turns out it's not compatible with newer versions of electron AND has a huge performance hit. Need to find another solution for tooltips.

Idea is to just keep tooltips inside of the window and have a separate help window open with a window bar icon.

@Nowayz Can you start writing some help documents in markdown? I can parse that for the help window.

As for the tooltips, just tell me what should go where and I'll see what I can fit.

Sorry for really late reply on this, but yeah let's hit this up when you got time. I actually had an idea to copy some of the help from the underlying script to describe the features since Don Mcurdy wrote some decent stuff already then I was going to write a general article about best practices and a good workflow for doing lightweight GLB files for the web
