When Noton-Enhancer is enabled, Notion's built-in Outline does not work about desktop

The issue has been encountered with the latest version of Notion-Enhancer across both Chrome and Edge browsers.

At first, I thought it was caused by a conflict between some plugins, so I turned off all the plugins in Notion-Enhancer. However, it still didn't work. The problem only disappeared when the Notion-Enhancer popped up from Chrome.

@siwuxei try disabling the "Peek panel on hover" option under the core settings, that should do it. Otherwise you can enable the notion-enhancer's Outliner extension for a pinnable table of contents.

Notion rolled out their outline after I'd submitted the extension to the Chrome store, so I didn't notice the conflict after afterwards. I'll change the default for that option to disabled and note the conflict in the description before the full release.
