Same Issue i have faced.
However few of the commands are working like
ios login
ios logout
ios devices:add
ios profiles:download
I am getting similar error when tried to add my device to profiles using ios:manage:devices
Following is the error:
error: 500 => Net::HTTPInternalServerError for https://developer.apple.com/services-developerportal/xxxxxxx/account/ios/profile/regenProvisioningProfile.action?content-type=text/x-url-arguments&accept=application/json&requestId=651xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx12d&userLocale=en_US&teamId=XXXXXXX -- unhandled response. Use --trace to view backtrace
i tried to add my device using profiles:manage:devices:add , which is also not working for me

So the Xcode Automatic Configuration is working now and the code still doesn't work.
I am looking at the code and see if I can fix it . But since I didn't write this section. I have to figure out what changed and then fix it. I need this code working myself. Where oh where is Matt?

Seems to work now, as of d252f3e. Please let me know if this is not working with the latest release.
