I've pulled the slim tag down and started a container and it is using the latest version of Node.js.
[09:29:29 ~/]$ docker run -it -p 1880:1880 nodered/node-red-docker:slim
npm info it worked if it ends with ok
npm info using [email protected]
npm info using [email protected]
npm info lifecycle [email protected]~prestart: [email protected]
npm info lifecycle [email protected]~start: [email protected]
How are you running the container? Can you verify you've definitely pulled down the latest version?

Ugh you are right - I was getting a cached version. However this line in package.json still says node v4.x.x though.

Ignore that line - it doesn't affect the build :)
