Installation fails when pressing "Save" about ulauncher-remmina

Hi @AndreaSpinelli, it seems like this is an error coming from Ulauncher's extension API rather than the extension itself.

This may sound silly, but have you tried restarting Ulauncher? Does running in debug mode produce more detailed logs (ulauncher -v)? It appears Ulauncher can't locate the extension for some reason. Does the extension code show up in the extensions directory? Some places to look:

• ~/.cache/ulauncher_cache/extensions/
• If com.github.noam09.ulauncher-remmina exists, you could try deleting it and re-installing

Hi Noam, thanks for responding. I have restarted ulauncher and started it in the terminal. I suppose I have spotted the problem: ERROR:__main__:Remmina profiles directory doesn't exist (/home/aspinelli/.local/share/remmina) 2019-04-16 11:42:47,767 | ERROR | ulauncher.api.server.ExtensionRunner: _run_process() | Extension "com.github.noam09.ulauncher-remmina" was terminated with code 0 The profiles are in /home/aspinelli/.remmina, not /home/aspinelli/.local/share/remmina – it is the default of my remmina version, not my choice In order to verify my idea, I made as follows: cd /home/aspinelli/.local/share ln -s /home/aspinelli/.remmina/ remmina So effectively I put the profiles where your extension wants them. Now Ulauncher works correctly with your extension. I suspect this has to do with the version of remmina I am using (1.1.2, as I wrote in the issue) I consider this a bug, because I strictly adhered to defaults – I suggest that you try both directories, or find a different method to discover the right directory. Hope this helps you to make your (very good!) extension better.
