BIDS compatibility

Congratulations on this excellent visualisation! Really impressive and super useful.

I did notice some issues in terms of BIDS compatibility (that the validator would complaint

  • There is no such folder as /rawdata in the spec. All of the sub-* folders should go directly into /data. Alternatively you can treat the /rawdata as the root of your BIDS dataset, but then you need to move the top level files (such as dataset_secription.json and participants.tsv ) there.
  • changes.txt -> CHANGES (no extension)
  • readme.txt -> README (no extension)
  • BIDSVERSION -> BIDSVersions
