Implement transfer approval check request
We should be contacting an external API for approval of each transfer.
Thinking if this request should be mocked in tests or just run it as normal with the 3rd party endpoint. I think I'll probably go with the 2nd option, even though the 1st is technically the better choice. Just for the sake of speed.
Remove extraneous query parser module
Unit tests
Decent integration test coverage, but no unit tests as of yet.
Clean up code style
Lots of mismatch between use of var/let and single/double quotes, among other things.
Should review use of promises/callbacks to see if it is a worthwhile option to unify everything under promises, or even async.
Add README instructions
Structure- split up code and tests better
