Does not create index.html about cocoa-hugo-theme

The provided config.toml doesn't set the theme. You have to add -t cocoa to the hugo parameters or add theme = "cocoa" to config.toml. Or maybe we should add it, to stop confusing people.

@tokelove To be fair, other themes do set themselves as the default theme in their example configuration - I now patched cocoa to do the same and avoid similar issues in the future (assuming the theme is cloned in themes/cocoa).
