There is something like it in the normal message broker. I haven't had the time to port the delivery thread code. See http://github.com/ninject/ninject.extensions.messagebroker/blob/master/source/Ninject.Extensions.MessageBroker/DeliveryThread.cs

I like the async idea. I was thinking about it last night. Once the upcoming Ninject release it out, I will try to take a look at what the most wanted/needed features are.
